About This Role
- Lead architectural design and technology roadmap for Loan Origination System (LOS) across all lending verticals.
- Collaborate with business, operations, product, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing LOS solutions.
- Provide architectural governance, code quality oversight, and ensure system supports high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 14-18 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in NBFC or BFSI sector.
- Experience with digital lending platforms, microservices architecture, workflow engines, integrations with credit bureaus and KYC platforms, and familiarity with RDBMS, NoSQL, caching, performance tuning, agile delivery, DevOps, and distributed system architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior software architect with deep expertise specifically in Loan Origination Systems within BFSI or NBFC environments.
- Experienced in designing and governing complex, scalable, fault tolerant distributed lending platforms leveraging microservices.
- Able to bridge cross-functional teams and align technical solutions with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
