About This Role
- Own design and architecture for multiple product lines, focusing on engineering excellence and customer experience improvement.
- Lead agile delivery, establish development processes, and ensure project timelines aligning with roadmap.
- Manage and grow a technical team including performance reviews, setting objectives, and resource planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience architecting or managing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) in NBFC or BFSI setup.
- 7-13 years experience in software architecture and enterprise application development.
- Experience with agile delivery, DevOps, distributed system architecture, microservices, digital lending platforms, and integration with credit bureaus and KYC platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to operate both strategically and tactically with strong project and people management skills.
- Deep domain expertise in digital lending platforms and Loan Origination Systems within NBFC/BFSI environment.
- Strong technical background in microservices architecture, database technologies, performance tuning, and agile methodologies.
