About This Role
- Design and deploy scalable GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions impacting content visible to millions of customers.
- Develop novel LLM, deep learning, and statistical techniques for automation, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
- Define research and experiment strategies, collaborate with business and engineering teams on complex scientific problems, and mentor team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience applying scientific principles to business problems.
- PhD or Master's degree with 5+ years of quantitative field research experience.
- Experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive.
- Experience communicating qualitative research methods and findings to non-qualitative researchers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in foundational ML research with focus on multi-modal understanding (text, images) and large language models.
- Ability to lead research strategy that impacts large product strategy and drives organizational problem resolution.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding teams toward research publication and patent filing.
