About This Role
- Own the architecture and technical direction of a core platform area (vendor orchestration, case management, platform, or AI agents) with multi-quarter roadmap responsibility.
- Lead complex, cross-team technical initiatives from problem framing through delivery and rollout in a regulated, high-throughput environment.
- Mentor senior engineers, set engineering standards for reliability, security, and data integrity, and represent engineering during customer and security reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in production systems; at least 2 years at Staff Engineer level with scope over multiple teams or a major system.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and backend architecture, including service design, data modeling, API design, event-driven systems, and operation of high-throughput, high-reliability systems.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js; able to work full stack when required.
- Work Experience Required: At least 9 years, including 2+ years at Staff-level scope.
