About This Role
- Lead and build a team to identify, research, and prioritize fundraising opportunities with CSR, foundations, and institutional donors.
- Design tailored funding propositions and develop donor-centric proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and budgets.
- Support donor engagement and deal progression from initial contact through proposal submission, due diligence, and agreement execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in management consulting, advisory, investment banking, strategy, social-sector consulting, or fundraising and institutional philanthropy.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solutioning: identifying opportunities and building compelling proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders such as CSR heads and CXOs.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background from consulting, advisory, investment banking, or similar with strong research, analysis, conceptualisation, and writing skills.
- Experienced in team leadership and mentoring in a multi-stakeholder environment with tight timelines.
- Familiar with corporate CSR teams, foundations, institutional donors, and managing complex fundraising opportunities with cross-functional coordination.
