About This Role
- Design and develop software solutions including full stack development, data engineering, and business intelligence components.
- Analyze user requirements and make technical decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.
- Support and potentially lead projects with limited complexity, including development of small to medium system components, and onboard junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 12 years of work experience based on grade level (2-4 years for Grade 130, 5-7 years for Grade 140, 8-12 years for Grade 150).
- Experience with Data Engineering & Integration technologies such as SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience in Full Stack development including .NET and REST API, and familiarity with BI tools and techniques; specific proficiency levels not explicitly mandated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working across all layers of application stack including front-end UI and backend development with general domain knowledge.
- Capable of working under regular supervision with some autonomy on projects that are small to medium in size and complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to review functional specifications and support onboarding of junior team members.
