About This Role
- Lead end-to-end governance processes for Business Risk & Control Forums, Governance Committees, and management forums ensuring timely, accurate, actionable reporting.
- Develop and manage comprehensive risk and controls reporting, presentations, meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action tracking to support senior management and regulatory oversight.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze risk/control data and translate it into clear executive-level messaging and strategic discussion points, promoting accountability and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control-related functions within financial services.
- Strong knowledge and experience in controls development, execution, and sustainable process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
