About This Role
- Own delivery of accurate, timely, and audit-ready monthly financial statements for a portfolio of associations.
- Lead governance with property managers and internal teams, providing status updates and managing escalation or remediation plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members; ensure work allocation, month-end readiness, and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, month-end close, general ledger governance, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Strong command of GAAP with experience resolving or escalating complex accounting matters.
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and multi-entity portfolios.
- Experience in HOA, condominium, property management, association accounting, or outsourced accounting services is preferred.

- Experienced leader comfortable managing multi-entity financial portfolios with complex judgment and escalation responsibilities.
- Operationally strong in risk management, stakeholder communication, and driving process standardization within accounting functions.
