About This Role
- Act as the trusted finance leader and single point of contact for all financial matters within the CBS IMEA performance unit, partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategy, performance, and decision-making.
- Own end-to-end business performance management including EBIT, cash flow, forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability improvements across global value chains such as HVAC and OEM.
- Drive finance transformation by leveraging AI, digitalisation, automation, and advanced analytics to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent Finance/Accounting qualification required.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in multinational organisations across full value chains.
- Proven experience using AI, Copilot, and digital tools for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Willingness to relocate internationally; experience working in international markets and across diverse cultures.
