About This Role
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce and AI-integrated solutions for clients, ensuring architectural excellence and system robustness.
- Manage, mentor, and technically enable a team of Salesforce developers to meet project and professional growth targets.
- Lead technical delivery including custom development, integrations, data migration, and enforce coding and deployment best practices with use of AI-assisted tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-15 years of CRM experience with at least 6 years specifically on Salesforce platform.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
- Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% to client sites globally and work flexible hours.
- Work Experience Required: 9-15 years CRM experience with minimum 6 years Salesforce platform experience.

- Experienced technical leader capable of balancing high-level architecture design with detailed problem solving and team management.
- Strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce products, AI integration, systems architecture, and complex API integrations.
