About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations using Agile and SAFe methodologies across global accounts.
- Own program-level financial performance, strategic governance, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder management with C-suite alignment.
- Implement AI-enhanced delivery practices to accelerate timelines, improve project margins, and scale best-in-class delivery standards globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years IT consulting/services experience with 8+ years leading complex enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Core Consultant Certifications (at least two): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Advanced project/scaled Agile certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, or Senior Scrum Master).
- Proven experience with multi-cloud Salesforce transformations across Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing multi-track, large-scale Salesforce delivery programs with strong executive presence and C-suite communication skills.
- Proficient in AI-augmented delivery tools and agentic productivity strategies for project tracking and risk forecasting.
- Skilled in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Lean, SAFe) and portfolio management using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
