About This Role
- Prepare and manage monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations including Prepaid, Accrual, Revenue, AR, AP, Bank, and Fixed Assets reconciliations.
- Handle end-to-end daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting tasks while meeting SLA requirements and interacting regularly with regional customers via calls and emails.
- Maintain backups, provide necessary information to customers, and contribute to improving delivery processes and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, specifically in General Ledger, Journal postings, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required; Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Functions, Pivot tables, Macros) are an advantage.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in accounting roles involving reconciliations and ledger postings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end reconciliation processes with ability to meet strict timelines and SLA requirements.
- Comfortable in regular client communication and handling multiple tasks including ad hoc requests.
- Skilled in data representation and reporting, with proven presentation skills to convey financial data effectively.
