About This Role
- Accountable for testing and maintaining web-based custom applications, ensuring test strategy implementation and quality standards are met.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases/scripts, log defects with detailed documentation, and track them to resolution.
- Collaborate with Test Lead and other teams; provide technical presentations and support Testing Lifecycle Management best practices and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
- 5+ years of testing experience within the IT industry.
- Experience with manual, automation (Selenium/Playwright or equivalent), or performance testing (JMeter) tools.
- Experience with defect tracking and test case management tools like Azure DevOps; knowledge of client-server architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in UK Banking domain, especially Mortgage and Savings products, is advantageous.
- Prior experience with Unisys Financial Services System (UFSS) is highly desirable.
- Able to work independently within a structured framework and skilled in advanced testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
