About This Role
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and ensure data integrity across financial services operations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports supporting senior leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate with business users and development teams to deliver application enhancements, document requirements, and manage UAT processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 6–8 years in banking or financial services domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in data analysis and dashboard reporting within banking or financial services environment.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end application support including requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and documentation.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities and supporting audit requirements.
