About This Role
- Design and develop API proxies and manage full API lifecycle using Apigee X/Hybrid on GCP environment.
- Implement and maintain API security protocols including OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS and configure traffic management policies like Quota, Spike Arrest, and Caching.
- Deploy and support API solutions with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and monitor APIs using tools such as Splunk, Kibana, and Datadog.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of professional experience in API development and management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apigee X and Hybrid API Management and Security.
- Proficient with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in API Gateway and API lifecycle management in cloud environments, especially GCP.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing secure API protocols and traffic management in production scenarios.
- Comfortable with production support and API monitoring using advanced analytics tools like Splunk and Datadog.
