About This Role
- Define and lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy across product development lifecycle ensuring scalable test architecture, automation, performance, and release quality.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to review requirements and solutions to improve testability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive quality governance including test planning, execution, metrics reporting, and mentoring junior QA engineers on modern testing methodologies including AI-assisted testing and automation optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7 - 10 years experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering with leadership of enterprise-scale QA initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks using Java and testing enterprise apps based on Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, React JS, API testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with relevant tools and platforms including GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub Actions, OCI, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and relational databases like Oracle.

- Experienced in defining QA governance and quality metrics to support informed release decisions in Agile SDLC environments.
- Strong technical leadership with ability to collaborate cross-functionally including product, DevOps, and development teams on complex enterprise software.
- Comfortable leading continuous improvement using AI-assisted testing, intelligent test selection, and advanced automation techniques in scalable, multi-tenant cloud architectures.
