About This Role
- Document, define, measure, and improve manufacturing processes using PLCs and database management to optimize quality and productivity.
- Develop, integrate, and automate manufacturing systems and production processes to enhance equipment capacity, uptime, efficiency, and reliability.
- Support installation, qualification, validation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives; assist in training programs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on operational performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering within a manufacturing environment involving production lines.
- Strong expertise in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and industrial automation technologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in relevant manufacturing engineering roles, including hands-on production line experience.

- Experienced engineer with a demonstrable track record in manufacturing process optimization through controls and automation technologies.
- Proficient in collaboration and cross-functional communication with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, including mentoring capabilities.
- Familiarity with ISO-regulated environments, equipment validation, continuous improvement practices, and manufacturing database management.
