About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Java software systems with a focus on multi-service AWS cloud architectures.
- Own technical leadership including driving engineering best practices, mentoring teams, and resolving technical challenges.
- Architect and manage IoT platform solutions involving real-time data processing and telemetry systems to ensure application performance and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years professional software engineering experience with scalable, reliable system delivery.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with IoT platforms and AWS multi-service architecture development (6+ years AWS, 2+ years IoT real-time or telemetry).
- 3+ years managing or mentoring engineering teams and 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Strong Java programming expertise and experience designing cloud-based distributed applications.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable driving architectural decisions and mentoring multiple engineers in distributed cloud environments.
- Deep domain expertise specifically in IoT platforms combined with robust AWS cloud and real-time data systems experience.
