About This Role
- Lead and oversee all operational functions and leaders for Canada Life's Bangalore Global Capabilities Centre, ensuring performance and growth.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, capability expansion, and operational excellence aligned with strategic priorities.
- Serve as primary Indian site leader, managing stakeholder and executive engagement across geographies to support organizational objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 18+ years progressive leadership experience in operations or related functions within financial services, insurance, or benefits administration.
- 8+ years senior leadership experience managing large-scale operations and teams.
- Workplace location: Onsite at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Experienced executive with strong capability in leading complex operational transformations in global matrix organizations within financial services or insurance sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-level leadership teams, build strategic roadmaps, and execute enterprise growth initiatives.
