About This Role
- Lead the India Technology Hub's growth, performance, and delivery of business value through planning, governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive workforce planning, talent operations, governance, risk management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives within the hub.
- Partner with senior leaders and global teams to provide data-driven insights, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and improve operational consistency and employee experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, business management, or related field.
- Experience in technology operations, business operations, program management, or interpersonal transformation.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a cross-functional organization.
