About This Role
- Lead technical program execution for large, complex initiatives in the Post Transaction & Returns area of Sam’s Club eCommerce.
- Build and manage discovery and execution plans involving coordination of multiple cross-functional engineering teams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful program delivery, and communicate status effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a technical program manager leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior experience as a systems or software engineer (not coding, but contributing to design and architecture discussions).
- Experience in the eCommerce industry, ideally retail eCommerce.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without degree.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced TPM capable of managing complex, cross-team programs within a large eCommerce platform context.
- Strong communicator comfortable with senior leadership engagement up to VP/SVP levels.
- Hands-on understanding of software engineering principles to effectively contribute to architectural and design discussions.
