About This Role
- Coordinate and manage all utility provisions and fit-out work drawing submissions and approvals for tenant spaces.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, design specifications, and maintenance standards on-site including snagging and de-snagging activities.
- Maintain fit-out trackers, as-built drawings, coordinate with contractors for execution issues, and handle client communications regarding fit-out procedures and materials.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in fit-out coordination or related role.
- On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Must be familiar with fit-out manuals, safety standards, and building maintenance protocols.

- Experienced in civil engineering fit-out work with operational control over building maintenance and fit-out compliance.
- Capable of meticulous coordination among contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure adherence to approved plans and timelines.
- Comfortable working on-site in a real estate/property management environment with a focus on safety and quality control.
