About This Role
- Support end-to-end procurement operations for JLL's Airoli facility including raising and tracking indents, PR/PO status through to closure.
- Maintain procurement MIS, generate management reports, support vendor database management, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure procurement aligns with data center infrastructure and critical systems by applying basic understanding of operational and technical requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- 4–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain support functions.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and formula-based analysis; experience in database management.
- On-site location: Thane, Maharashtra; awareness of ISO certification frameworks relevant to procurement (QMS, ITSM, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS, EMS, OHSE).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating procurement activities within technically complex environments, preferably data centers or critical infrastructure.
- Familiar with operational technology systems such as DG, UPS, Chillers, BMS/CPM, and critical facility management.
- Skilled at analyzing procurement data and generating actionable management reports to support decision-making and efficiency improvements.
