About This Role
- Implement and maintain EHS standards and statutory compliance at the Data Centre site in Airoli, ensuring risk mitigation and safe operations.
- Prepare and update Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) and conduct incident investigations with Root Cause Analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for safety initiatives, training programs, audits support, and continuous improvement in site safety performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical stream.
- 4–5 years of experience in EHS domain.
- Knowledge of statutory EHS compliance, HIRA preparation, incident investigation, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
- On-site work location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling EHS operations independently at site level, specifically in data centre or similar industrial environments.
- Familiar with government-approved health and safety certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH, and ISO management system standards.
- Capable of driving safety culture and continuous improvement by coordinating across multiple stakeholders and leading training and audit processes.
