About This Role
- Review and investigate AML Transaction Monitoring alerts at Level 2, including complex cases involving high-risk customers and suspicious financial activities.
- Prepare detailed investigation narratives and suspicious activity reports (SARs) ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Achieve operational targets related to productivity, quality, and SLA adherence in a fast-paced compliance environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring, financial crime investigations, or compliance operations.
- Hands-on experience with Transaction Monitoring Systems alert review and Level 2 investigations including escalation decisioning.
- Working knowledge of SAR/STR escalation requirements and preparation of investigation documentation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts or client-aligned schedules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analyzing complex transactional behaviors with strong risk assessment skills and familiarity with customer KYC/CDD/EDD processes.
- Capable of preparing clear, evidence-based narratives for regulatory and audit purposes with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Comfortable working in compliance operations with measurable performance targets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders including QA and client compliance teams.
