About This Role
- Own end-to-end area SG&A financial management including month-end, Flash, ROFO, and Budget cycles with accountability for accuracy and timely insights.
- Drive SG&A cost analysis, forecasting, accrual quality, and performance management to support area leadership decisions and cost governance.
- Lead process standardization, automation, and AI improvements in SG&A reporting, collaborating globally to harmonize practices and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in finance (CA or MBA-finance).
- 8+ years of experience in finance and analysis domain, including financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP-BI/BW, and Power BI.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in finance and analysis.

- Experienced in managing complex SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis in a large, matrixed, global environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing area leadership through data-driven insights and cost governance.
- Experienced in driving financial process improvements including automation and standardization across functions and regions.
