About This Role
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for key finance processes in India ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance, and control.
- Manage relationships with shared services, vendors, internal teams, and regional stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a team of service delivery professionals while coordinating system changes, upgrades, or transitions to ensure smooth implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years experience in service delivery, finance operations, shared services, or process management.
- Experience managing vendors, shared services partners, or outsourced providers.
- Practical knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, control frameworks, and ERP systems like SAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multinational or matrix organizations with capability to work across regional stakeholders.
- Skilled in driving finance process improvements, automation, and handling finance transformation or large-scale change programs.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in fast-paced, controlled finance environments with strong communication skills.
