About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly global management financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, and provide financial analysis to aid leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and Excel.
- Role based in India with hybrid working pattern involving regular on-site presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with shared service providers or managing third-party delivery partners.
- Familiarity with internal control frameworks, audits, intercompany accounting, or supply chain finance.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
