About This Role
- Define and lead the Quality Engineering strategy across customer implementations and product development, ensuring scalable test architectures and high release quality.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to identify quality risks, scope testing, and validation strategies during discovery phases.
- Partner with Product Development, TechOps, and Production Support to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous quality improvements, including AI-assisted testing and automation optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering, including leadership of enterprise-scale QA initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise with Java-based automation frameworks, API testing (REST, SOAP), database testing (Oracle, SQL), and enterprise application testing involving Java, Spring Boot, React JS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (OCI, Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka, EDI, AS2, SFTP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working within Agile SDLC and Quality Engineering principles at enterprise scale, with strong understanding of software architecture.
- Able to manage QA governance, quality metrics, risk management, and release readiness in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management or Enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus, along with knowledge of AI-driven testing and intelligent automation.
