About This Role
- Own end-to-end project delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives, including planning, governance, execution, and closure.
- Coordinate multiple projects or workstreams concurrently involving business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
- Prepare project plans, management reports, governance submissions, and executive-level presentations to ensure project alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- Typically 7-10 years of project management or delivery experience including handling complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Preferred professional certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe; change-management certification advantageous.
- Experience in banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or regulated environments preferred; familiarity with project tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing multiple concurrent projects with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Proficient in project and programme management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and able to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Skilled in translating ideas into structured executable project plans with attention to detail, commercial awareness, and delivering with high ownership and integrity.
