About This Role
- Lead complex process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Agile to analyze and enhance business processes for quality, cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end process improvement projects including defining scope, timelines, delivering documentation, and ensuring timely completion.
- Coach and influence senior leaders and Agile coaches in adopting best practices and driving behavioral transformations across large business units and Agile programs valued at 5M-10M.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or change management.
- Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
- Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above, Prosci Change Management, Agile or Scrum certifications; multiple advanced Agile and coaching certifications listed.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.

- Experienced in leading medium to large Agile program delivery and process improvement initiatives with measurable impact on quality and efficiency.
- Skilled at coaching senior leaders and groups of coaches to uplift capabilities in agility, process, and culture transformation.
- Strong in managing stakeholder relationships and applying structured change management to achieve smooth business process adoption and minimal operational disruption.
