About This Role
- Own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-enabled finance technology products focusing on predictive modelling, insight generation, and anomaly detection.
- Translate complex finance and accounting challenges into scalable digital products to improve data-driven financial decision-making and performance.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams using modern data, cloud, analytics, and AI technologies to create measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in Digital Product Management with platform or data products from discovery through delivery and adoption.
- Product management certification, agile certification, or relevant qualification in business, finance, data, technology, or product management.
- Strong domain experience in Finance, Accounting, Data, Analytics, or enterprise technology; experience delivering AI-powered products in finance-related environments.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving strategic transformation initiatives using data, cloud, analytics, automation, or AI to improve business outcomes.
- Proficient in agile product delivery including discovery, roadmap planning, backlog management, and iterative releases.
- Able to manage senior business and technology stakeholder alignment and communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
