About This Role
- Define and communicate the vision and strategy for Business Intelligence (BI) products to align with organizational goals and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, function heads, and end users to translate business needs into clear BI project goals and maintain backlog prioritization.
- Develop BI product roadmaps, manage change, ensure quality deliverables, and oversee team management including direct and indirect supervision to deliver impactful BI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar, and proficiency in scrum tools such as DevOps, Jira.
- 3+ years experience in financial and commercial reporting; No immigration sponsorship available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in engaging and gaining trust from executive-level stakeholders through clear communication and strategic influence.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities for BI projects and balancing business value with technical feasibility in backlog management.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive end-to-end BI product ownership including problem solving, change management, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
