About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based distributed systems with strong architectural and performance optimization ownership.
- Lead medium-sized projects by collaborating with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and managing predictable delivery workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement by tracking impact post-deployment and iterating on features and architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience with proven problem solving at scale.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D.) or equivalent experience.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Java, C, or C++ with expertise in concurrency and multi-threading.
- Experience with relational (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., HBase, Elasticsearch, Aerospike) and familiarity with TDD and SDLC on Linux platforms.
