About This Role
- Own consultative customer engagements to identify and design outcome-driven use cases aligned to business objectives.
- Implement, configure, and operate Nexthink products including development of dashboards, alerts, automation workflows, and integrations.
- Guide customers in embedding Nexthink into operational workflows and support progress towards measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years consulting or advisory experience in technology, B2B, SaaS, or similar sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Nexthink products and strong expertise in Microsoft Windows clients and applications.
- Experience with scripting and integrations (PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST API, LDAP, SSO) and data analytics/visualisation tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing advisory roles with ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to generate actionable insights from endpoint and operational data.
- Familiar with enterprise operations including Digital Workplace, IT infrastructure, and ITIL v4 knowledge, comfortable working in hybrid environments with some travel.
