About This Role
- Own functional design solutions and provide expert guidance to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Core HR and Learn.
- Deliver day-to-day application support and training as part of an ongoing Managed Service for multiple clients.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and proactively share knowledge within the Cloud community.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Learn modules.
- Experience as a functional expert on at least one Oracle HCM Cloud project.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English for clear documentation and client communication.
- Work Experience Required: At least 3-4 years in Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong ability to independently design and implement functional solutions addressing business requirements within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experienced in client-facing roles providing application support and training remotely under Managed Services.
- Has practical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Learn module with willingness or experience to contribute to pre-sales and knowledge sharing activities.
