About This Role
- Own technical design integrity for squad deliverables ensuring consistency with CSDM model, integration standards, and upgrade paths.
- Design and govern integration patterns using Integration Hub and APIs, while assessing upgrade impacts and platform performance.
- Mentor developers/testers on platform standards, manage technical debt, and represent squad in architecture review boards and cross-squad forums.
Minimum Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification mandatory.
- At least one relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) qualification required (e.g., CIS-ITSM).
- Strong experience in enterprise platform architecture including CMDB/CSDM design and integration architecture (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server).
- Experience mentoring developers and reviewing code/configuration against platform standards is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical design leadership on enterprise ServiceNow programs with a broad platform-architecture focus across Core Platform, ITSM, and SPM.
- Able to communicate architectural trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiar with multi-vendor delivery models involving blended teams (e.g., Accenture/GCC/permanent teams).
