About This Role
- Lead daily operational support for an enterprise data platform including managing ticket queues and incident escalation.
- Oversee incident management processes, root-cause analysis, and ensure SLA adherence across support activities.
- Coordinate with platform teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements and maintain communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Data Operations, Application Support, or Production Support.
- Strong experience managing JIRA-based support operations.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI, Qlik, and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Shift timing: 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST; Location: Chennai.
