About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of segmentation models, strategic analyses, and AI-driven insights for Co-Brand Card partnerships.
- Develop scalable AI model integration frameworks and build/test AI agents enhancing their functionality and reliability.
- Create data pipelines and dashboards using Databricks, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx to support strategic Co-Brand business initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related scientific field.
- Experience in Card, Co-Brand, or Financial Services verticals.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of AI models including large language models and experience with agentic AI architectures and automation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving analytics-driven business strategy and growth within Co-Brand or Financial Services environments.
- Comfortable leading agile workstreams and mentoring junior team members in advanced AI and data science methodologies.
- Skilled in translating complex analytical results into actionable business recommendations and presenting to senior stakeholders.
