About This Role
- Create, execute, and document detailed manual test plans and test cases for validating application functionality, usability, and compliance.
- Perform various manual testing types including functional, regression, integration, and system testing across different environments.
- Analyze requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, and contribute to continuous quality and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software testing, specifically manual testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for database validation and ETL testing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in manual testing with strong attention to detail and ability to write detailed test documentation and test scripts.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and business analysts to analyze requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- Open to learning new testing tools and process improvements, with familiarity or interest in API testing and CI/CD tools as a plus.
