About This Role
- Identify and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to improve business decision-making and automation.
- Manage end-to-end data science projects including data preparation, model development, testing, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver insights, present outcomes, and mentor team members on analytics methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of work experience in Data Science or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, MIS, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Python and R; hands-on experience with end-to-end data science projects and model lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure data and analytics ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics to business challenges, preferably in upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
- Skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions and collaborating across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Able to provide technical mentoring and effectively communicate data-driven insights to business stakeholders.
