About This Role
- Lead architecture, delivery, and modernization of enterprise-scale real estate and digital marketplace platforms ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Drive multi-disciplinary engineering teams across frontend, backend, data engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, DevOps, and enterprise architecture with accountability for technical quality and product outcomes.
- Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to set technical direction, grow engineering talent, and implement AI-enabled development and automation practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years progressive software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and managing multiple product portfolios.
- Work Location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
