About This Role
- Own design, development, and modernization of critical ETD Clearing platform components supporting real-time global futures market message flows.
- Deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native Java microservices while implementing CI/CD, DevOps, and observability practices for platform stability and transformation.
- Provide L3 production support and lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools within an Agile, globally distributed environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with enterprise-scale Java applications, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms (Kafka, IBM MQ, or Solace) in low-latency environments and cloud-native/container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years.

- Experience in capital markets technology, specifically trade processing or clearing in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives across global teams, employing Agile methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of secure software development, API design, and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery.
