About This Role
- Lead design and continuous improvement of field reporting products supporting commercial execution and leadership decisions.
- Own requirements gathering, solution design, data architecture, and oversee dashboard and reporting application development using Tableau, Power BI, and React.
- Manage team of reporting professionals, establish governance standards, operational support workflows, and coordinate cross-functional partnerships to ensure delivery and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in field reporting, data management, or reporting solution development.
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and React/web technologies is explicitly required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading and developing teams with coordinated multi-workstream delivery in field or commercial reporting.
- Strong technical expertise in BI tools, React development, SQL, ETL, data modeling, and cloud analytics environments.
- Domain experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales reporting, field operations, and familiarity with CRM systems like Veeva or Salesforce preferred.
