About This Role
- Execute and oversee daily accounting and reconciliation activities across multiple asset classes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage exceptions, risks, and stakeholder expectations including liaising with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives, support accounting validations, and mentor junior team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications like CA/CFA/CPA are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in middle office, fund accounting, or reconciliation roles.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
- Experience with reconciliation tools and accounting systems; knowledge of platforms like TLM, DUCO, IntelliMatch preferred.
