About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable backend software primarily using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core for a distributed event-driven architecture.
- Own engineering initiatives including identifying code/design/architecture gaps and implementing solutions to improve scalability, usability, and supportability.
- Collaborate across teams to contribute to and integrate with other codebases ensuring high code quality and technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of relevant software development experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and experience with distributed systems.
- Experience with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL/OpenSearch) and inter/intra-service communication tools like Kafka, Redis, or RabbitMQ.

- Experienced in developing and scaling large-scale enterprise technology deployments with cloud computing knowledge.
- Able to independently identify technical challenges and drive solutions with high ownership and accountability.
