About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Revenue Cloud domains focusing on full lifecycle delivery and scalable AI integrations.
- Drive technical design sessions, documentation, and solutions aligned with client business objectives including AI architecture and advanced LLM usage to simulate system behaviors.
- Mentor development and QA teams, manage Salesforce project delivery including coding standards, testing, and performance monitoring ensuring enterprise quality solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in technology solution development with at least 2 years in client-facing roles involving system development and business consulting.
- Strong experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, integrations, and end-to-end implementation.
- Demonstrated domain expertise in Financial Services or Healthcare and/or Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
- Ability to travel 30-50% to client sites; Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex Salesforce projects including cross-cloud and AI-enabled architectures focusing on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture and Salesforce integration techniques with demonstrated leadership in multi-project environments.
- Expertise in advanced AI tools and methodologies such as agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate solution delivery aligned with client outcomes.
