About This Role
- Analyze and design detailed technical requirements for a web-based commission reporting platform used by financial advisers.
- Define front-end UI specifications and back-end data integrations, including SQL and interfaces with platforms like SAP FS-ICM.
- Support project delivery including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, requirements traceability, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or product analysis for complex enterprise applications, with senior responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong domain knowledge of incentive, commission, compensation, or financial reporting processes.
- Technical familiarity with web/portal applications (e.g. Angular), databases (Oracle, SQL), Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business, product, and technology teams for end-to-end financial reporting solutions in enterprise contexts.
- Comfortable managing complex integrations between front-end portals and core calculation platforms like SAP FS-ICM.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and workflows within requirements engineering roles.
