About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java backend applications using Spring Boot.
- Build robust Microservices and REST APIs, owning features from design through production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Mobile, QA, and DevOps to ensure code quality and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Location: Vadodara or Pune with hybrid work model (2 days per week from office).

- Experienced in end-to-end backend feature ownership in enterprise projects.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple engineering and product teams.
- Skilled in applying design patterns and OOP principles in high-performance backend systems.
