About This Role
- Prepare and post manual journal entries and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities according to global timelines.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations ensuring documentation and resolution of open items; maintain GL integrity aligned with US GAAP/IFRS.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support reporting, compliance (SOX), audits, and drive process improvements within a GCC environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) or General Accounting.
- Degree required: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter qualification.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
- Work Experience Required: 6–10 years in R2R / General Accounting covering GCC-specific operations.
